Chappell Roan’s red locks just got another makeover. Last night, the artist showed up at the real-life Pink Pony Club—the Abbey in West Hollywood—for a guest DJ set featuring, you guessed it, “Pink Pony Club.” The Los Angeles gay nightclub, which inspired the Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess single, hosted MISTR’s second annual National PrEP Day celebration, with Christina Aguilera, Demi Lovato, Charli XCX, and more of music’s biggest stars in attendance to highlight HIV prevention. And of course, it wouldn’t be a special occasion without a new ‘do from Roan.

This time, her signature curls were swapped for a straightened look, and high-contrast strawberry-blonde highlights created a streaky appearance against her classic deep-red shade. For further dimension, the locks were finished with a baby bang, the latest trend embraced by Florence Pugh, Zendaya, Jennifer Lawrence, Dakota Johnson, and more.

The polarizing style offers a fresh alternative to the long layers we’ve come to expect from autumn, and here, the micro-fringe gave space for Roan’s glittery, colorful eyeshadow, which shimmered in shades of purple, blue, and yellow. As for the rest of her glam, makeup artist Andrew Dahling added blush and a neutral-brown matte lip.

When it came to her outfit, the “Good Luck, Babe!” star also went bold, selecting a striped latex minidress from New York City-based designer Christian Cowan’s Spring 2026 collaboration with latex brand Vex. The red-and-beige piece was designed with a strapless silhouette and matching gloves, and Roan added thigh-high burgundy stockings to complete the fit.
